I have a incorporated mutator string for melee only in the vote-able mutators section! One thing that I still need to figure out is how to get the ballistic healths and armors to appear instead of the original UT healths and armors. When I get some time I will attempt to fix this issue. Anyway you can vote it in here(mutator section), I just ask that it will also be voted off with bigger maps - because this would not work for the larger maps. If we find that the melee only stays on to many round/map cycles (as in sometimes with low grav), we may remove this as a mutator and designate only certain maps for this!

All you have to do is toggle the Junk Wars mutator. It was made by the guys who made Ballistic Weapons and works well with it. You can either have random junk weapons appearing in the melee category or have them scattered around the map.
There is also a Ballistic Melee mutator out there that lets players use damaged versions of the regular guns that can only melee attack.
